This is a journey through the movie the Wizard of Oz and a look at the life lessons learned by Dorothy and her cronies. Topics include 1) Looking the right team players;
2) Discovering every team members’ strengths and weaknesses; 3) Working together for the good of the team; 4) Creating an action plan for success; 5) Realizing there’s no place like home.
Life’s Choices and Changes
This motivational speech helps individuals learn that change will happen with or without your permission. Topics include 1) Realizing that everyone has an historical point of view of life; 2) Discovering there are many points of view; 3) Striving to stop judgments of others; 4)Deciding to look at the future with a more positive attitude; 5) Projecting a success plan for change.
The Hero Is You
This speech is designed to recongnize the importance of teamwork and self starting innovation. Participants will be celebrated for their hero status within their organization or association. Discussion includes 1) what makes someone be a hero, 2) what enables them to put others first, 3) what makes the hero realize the importance of the little things, 4) what helps them put team ahead of self, 5) what can others do to reflect the hero in their own lives.
