This session is for women 35+ years old who are entering the peri-menopausal age who need assistance in how to organize their life for this transition. Participants will learn

1) the health reality of getting older; 2) the understanding of the aging process; 3) enlightening the family and co-workers; 4) finding her identity again; 5) setting an action plan for success for the next 30+ years.
